Return Policy:
- Taiwan: According to Consumer Protection Act, the customer can have a 7-day trial period.- Outside Taiwan: We do not accept any returns unless the product has a defect or is damaged. Please contact us through “order message”, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Refund:
- Payment by credit card: The refund will occur after 10 working days when the return process is completed. (Posting date may vary according to the issuing bank)- Payment by ATM: The refund will occur after 7 working days by bank wire when the return process is completed.
